Greetings Waves!

Divisionals is here! They will be held at Atascosita High School natatorium located at 13300 Will Clayton Pkwy, Humble, TX 77346. Divisionals includes all the teams from our division and it's a big meet. We need everyone to get there at 7:15 AM to get setup and get checked in with the coaches and volunteer coordinators in our designated area. All swimmers not checked in by 7:45 AM will be scratched. 

All teams will have designated setup areas. We will have a designated area marked off with masking tape and an FMKP Waves signs to show you where to setup. Don't setup in other teams spaces and if another team starts to setup in our space, please let them know they have their own designated spaces for setup (or come and get a board member for assistance). We are doing a walk through this evening and will be sending an update to the exact space where we are going to be setup. 

Warm-ups for the FMKP Waves starts promptly at 7:45 AM and ends at 8:10 AM. We have been assigned lanes 5-8 of the pool for warm-ups. Warmups are important to get used to the blocks. New pool. New blocks. Make sure your swimmers do warm ups. 

It's an inside setup so no tents are needed - just chairs and optional coolers. However there will be five teams all setting up, so space will be limited. Please do not bring cots, blankets or other things that take up a bunch of room. 

There will be concessions for sale and merch. 

Other Notes

• We may need some help tomorrow. If you have the ability to help out, make sure to let the volunteer coordinators know. 
• Be conscientious of the stands. It's going to be packed. Come in, watch your swimmers and then move out. Don't park in the stands all day. 
• Do not leave your volunteer assignment until you are officially relieved. This is volunteer coordination across 5 teams! Be patient. 
• If you have issues with anything, please come to an FMKP board member with the request. We will handle from there.
