Away Meet Timeline and Expectations
Saturday

Setup volunteers arrive at OUR pool for loading of trucks |
| ~6:00 AM | Setup volunteers leave for away pool and setup there |
| 7:15 AM | Check-in begins for all swimmers and volunteers |
| 7:45 AM | Visiting team warmups begin (that's us) Swimmer check-in closes (all not present are scratched) |
| 8:30 AM | Meet begins |
| Event 39 | Shift change for all second shift volunteers |
| After Last Event | Tear down volunteers begin work, loading trucks. After trucks are loaded, volunteers proceed back to home pool to unload in storage area |

A Note regarding Relays
If your swimmer has been selected for a relay, the team is counting on them to be present and ready for when the event happens. If the swimmer needs to leave early, the coaches must be notified so that accommodations can be made for a substitute swimmer. Leaving early without notification could result in exclusion from future relay selections.
