Happy Friday Waves! 

Tomorrow is our last dual meet against the Eagle Springs. 

7:00 AM check-in for both swimmers and all volunteers! Warmups start for the home team at 7:15 AM so if your swimmer wants to warm up, don't be late. Swimmer check in closes at 7:45 AM SHARP and if your swimmer is not there, they will be scratched. A Note on the Weather

Again, the weather has been unpredictable and will continue to be. We are going to really try and push through to make this one happen but we will not put anyone in unsafe conditions. So if there is just some rain and we can work through it, we are going to try but if there is lightning, the pool deck MUST BE CLEARED which means everyone outside the gates for the allotted time period. Weather alerts and other real time information is sent out via the Remind app. Join the FMKP Waves 2026 Remind Group at https://www.remind.com/join/fmkp2026

A Reminder for Volunteers 

Please be on time for your volunteer shifts. If you are a second shift volunteer, we give plenty of notice both over the PA system and on the Remind app that your second shift is coming up. 

Summer Champs

Sunday is BTA Summer Champs hosted at Kingwood High School. It's run in two sessions. All the information is here. 

Session 1: 10 & under Girls and Boys Events Meet starts at 8:30 a.m. Warmup times have not been announced yet (I'd expect to want to get up there around 7:30 or so). 

Session 2: 11-18 Girls and Boys Events Meet starts at approximately @ 2:40 p.m. (may change based on AM session) Warmups also TBD. 

We will do our very best to keep everyone updated in regards to Summer Champs timing. Blue Tide Aquatics has not provided us any times. We will pass them along when we know. 

Let's hope that rain can stay away to get this final meet on the books.
