Volunteer Update
Hello Waves Families!
Courtney and I wanted to follow up after Monday's release of volunteer jobs. First, THANK YOU for signing up! These meets and events could not happen without your help. Courtney and I have both been on your side, waiting for shifts to open and sweating to see if we will get the spot we want! We are both new to this Volunteer Coordinator position and understand the difficulty of securing the necessary points. We want to apologize for any confusion when the jobs first opened up. For the most part, it went smoothly and we can't thank you enough! A few notes for moving forward.
1. When you are ready to sign up for a job, make sure you are signed into Swimtopia before the 6:30pm opening
2. Wacky Waves Time Trials - one shift per family please
3. For all home and away meets from here on out, each family is welcome to sign up for two shifts, as we know some families may not be able to attend all of them.
4. If you are unable to attend a meet, but still want to try and get volunteer shifts taken care of, we have a list of teenage volunteers ready, willing, and able to work for you! Please contact Courtney to be connected with someone.
Lastly, thank you again to every one of you who stepped up to volunteer, sponsor, serve, or just cheer on the kids!! We are here for you and hope to have a fun season! Go WAVES!
